The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and the staff friendly efficient, incredible location to the beach where children had to pass through. The room was newly decorated and good-sized with a view, we enjoyed it. Location: the property was near the reef at 9 am, the lagoon in front of The Edgewater and bars.

The restaurant here was very large with staff and the food, we both ordered outstanding dishes. The location was amazing and fab and the services were terrific.
Well, the area was quite dark overall.

we had a lovely family stay at the Edgewater, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. the kids had a blast with plenty of activities, and the snorkeling beach was right there. the continental breakfast offered a nice variety, and the air conditioning was perfect. the staff were welcoming, especially at the breakfast and activity hut, making us feel right at home.

The staff were lovely and management fantastic - I messed up my booing and they cancelled one night for me at no charge.
Fist fight right outside our room at 1am and drunken guests yelling all night. Did not get a wink of sleep.Breakfast buffet was terrible - no hot food just sugary cereal and watery yoghurt

We had a fantastic stay with great value for our money and a comfortable room with all the essentials. The location was ideal, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
The breakfast could use fresher, more diverse food options.

The staff were excellent - friendly and obliging.
Did not enjoy being in a downstairs studio with someone upstairs who had absolutely no consideration and from 3am onwards every morning it sounded like the city gym in full swing as there is obviously lack of soundproofing between upstair and downstairs. I would consider going to another resort rather then experience this again as I had requested an upstairs room when booking several months prior to going. I know it is impossible to please everyone but this was our third year at the Resort and I would never want to repeat this again.

I really enjoyed the fine views from my garden room and the easy access to the beach-perfect for soaking in that tropical vibe! The staff at lunch were super friendly, making meals enjoyable, and the activities offered were entertaining too. Plus, kids eat free with a paying adult, which is a nice bonus for families.
On the flip side, I found the service at dinner lacking; we waited ages to be noticed. The room cleanliness could also use some improvement, as the showers had a moldy smell.

The friendly & professional service by the various staff. We were there for a wedding & I could not have imagined a better location for this wedding. The ceremony & reception were executed to perfection & a great day was had by all. During our stay we witnessed several weddings & each of them were different. Ours was truly special & for that I thank all the staff involved. The wedding was that of Matthew & kimberley Hansen.

All staff were very helpful and willing to help in any way necessary. The location was good for us - especially with the local bus actually calling at the Resort on all trips & that made travel around the Island very easy.
There were ants in the Unit - however there was spray supplied

Comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep.
The WiFi was overpriced at $15 for only 1GB.

Convenient location and the fact that we were able to leave some of our luggage in the storeroom without charge for a few days whilst we went over to Aitutaki. This resort is ideal for families as it is on the beach and has a lot of facilities and activities for children.

Friendly helpful staff. Good room facilities. Good basic continental breakfast.
Ants. Perhaps cleaners could spray rooms daily. Sheets not changed.
